Service description

Klivio provides a VPN service based on the VLESS + Reality protocol. The service encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers in Germany and Finland.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Any activity that violates applicable laws
• Distributing malware or conducting cyber attacks
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Any activity that disrupts the service for other users

Subscriptions and payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period
• Payment is processed through Telegram Stars
• Each subscription includes up to 3 device connections
• Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period

Refunds

Full refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the service was not used. Partial refunds (proportional to unused days) are available upon request through support.

Service availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. IP addresses may be rotated automatically if blocked. We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure or network conditions.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Telegram bot.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
